Just a first price for now? Create a cost estimate just as quickly and later turn it into a quote or straight into the invoice. The document chain shows how cost estimate, quote, order confirmation and invoice belong together. The app works out advance, final and cancellation invoices for you, and every invoice carries a ZUGFeRD or XRechnung e-invoice.
WerkFlow was built for tradespeople, installers and small businesses across all trades. The app archives sent documents unalterably and with a change log, supporting work in line with GoBD. For your tax advisor there is an export as a ZIP archive and a DATEV booking batch. Your data is stored on servers in the EU.

Speak instead of type
Briefly describe the job by voice – the AI turns it into structured line items with your prices. Dictate text in quotes, cost estimates, invoices and notes, even with dirty hands.
AI photo analysis
Photograph the job site or damaged area – the AI recognizes the required materials and work steps and suggests matching line items. The photos stay saved with the document.
Cost estimate
Created like a quote, clearly non-binding with a note on § 649 BGB (German Civil Code). If the costs change, a new revision with the same number is created (KV-2026-0001-2) and the old one stays archived. If the invoice is more than 15% above it, WerkFlow lets you know.

Orders properly confirmed
The customer signs on site on your phone. This creates the order confirmation – for consumers, where required, with the official right-of-withdrawal notice.
From quote to invoice
One tap turns the accepted quote or commissioned cost estimate into the invoice: sequential number, the mandatory details under German VAT law (§ 14 UStG), plus advance, final and cancellation invoices. Also for small businesses and construction work under § 13b UStG.
E-invoicing included
Every invoice as a PDF with an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD / Factur-X), or as XRechnung for public-sector clients – ready for DATEV, Lexware and more.
GoBD archive and tax advisor export
Sent documents stay unalterable and every change is logged. The export delivers the ZIP archive including cost estimates and a DATEV booking batch (SKR03 or SKR04), plus a template for the process documentation.
